Rockford Art Museum Tabling

A representative from Rockford Art Museum - a nonprofit that aims to enrich people's life by a diverse collection of arts - will visit Beloit College. On Thursday, January 31, 2019, 12:00 - 2:00 PM, Education Coordinator Janelle O'Malley will table in DK's and answer any questions regarding the Rockford Art Museum. Plus, Rockford Art Museum is also looking for interns in areas including Curatorial, Education, Graphic Design and Public Relations. The internship can last from 3 months to a year and present opportunities to gain hands-on experience.

Annual Wanda Hollensteiner Conservation Endowment Lecture

Each year the Hollensteiner lecture series showcases one work from our permanent collection. Noble recently published Lucas Cranach the Elder: Art & Devotion of the German Reformation, and will be addressing the painting by the School of Cranach (Germany, 16th century) Adoration of the Magi from the Wright's permanent collection.
